Information you provide: email address and any details you submit through our chatbot, lead forms, or when subscribing (e.g. county of interest, investor type).
Payment information: processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage & analytics: pages viewed, interactions, and approximate location/device data via PostHog for product analytics.
Chat content: messages you send to our chatbot, used to answer your questions and improve the service.

2. How we use it

To provide, operate, and improve the service.
To respond to inquiries and send service or marketing communications (you may opt out).
To process payments and prevent abuse.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us operate (e.g. Stripe for payments, PostHog for analytics, Supabase for data storage, Cloudflare for hosting, Anthropic for AI responses), each under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
